ENCOUNTER: Middle School Youth Programs (Grades 6-8)
Relational Ministry is a key component to our middle school program. We strive to bring young people into an intimate, personal relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. Our encounter with Christ is a unique and personal relationship. Many young people have a desire for this relationship; however, they may be distracted or impeded by the demands of the world. The Encounter Core Team will provide opportunities for middle school youth that encourage a deeper encounter with Christ. Our hope is that our youth will discover that there are adults in their parish community who are present and available to them as models and mentors.
This program has been specifically designed and tailored to meet the needs of middle school youth (grades 6-8).

When We Meet |
The sessions occur twice a month at the following times: Sunday, 9 - 11 AM and Monday, 6-8 PM. |

Our middle school faith formation students created utensil packs and made over 500 PB&J sandwiches for Cathedral Kitchen in Camden. Also, our students made Christmas cards for nursing home residents and elderly Parishioners.
