Homeschooling
This is an option for families who would like to provide catechesis to their children in the home setting. The parish is supportive of families who chose this option as it is the parents who are responsible for their children’s catechesis. Families may use any of the Church-approved curriculum programs. For additional information on catholic homeschooling curriculums please visit: http://catholichomeschool.org/index.php/catholic-curriculums/. Homeschooling families are required to register their children through the parish office. In addition, we offer activities throughout the year designed to enrich the entire family – events such as All Saints Day Festival, St. Nicholas Festival, Mardi Gras and Sacramental Retreats. Homeschooling students are required to participate in all sacramental preparation programs. Questions about this process should be directed to Shannon Cassidy at [email protected].
